1. Who have 2018 E.C renewed business license.
2 Who have TIN?
3. Who can provide VAT/TOT registration certificate.
4. Who have 2018 E.C renewed supplier registration certificate.
5. Who able to provide 15,000 birr CPO for bid guaranty.
6. Cancellation and illegal assignation on the document are prohibited.
7. Who can able to be held on agreement within two days after he win the bid and
who can provide 10% agreements guaranty in the form of CPO At the same time who can delivered the product with in 5 (Five) days.
8. The bidder should clearly specify whether the price is including VAT or not.
9. The bidder should write the name of bid as well as the stamp of the company on the bid documents on the bid documents.
10.Mekelle chamber of commerce and sectorial associations have the right to cancel the bid in full or partially manner.
11.This bid will be closed in September 21, 2026 at 4:00 PM and it will be opened at 4:30 PM in the same date at the office of Mekelle chamber of commerce and sectorial associations.
