Mission for Community Development program (MCDP), strives to bring a lasting change and improvement in the Ives of the disadvantaged members of the community, with more emphasis on children and women. To achieve its project objectives. Integrated Humanitarian Aid (HA) project code 60619, MCDP, Adigrat Field Office, invites eligible suppliers to bid for the supply of Food items for conflict vulnerable communties in the DP camps in ADignal town, Agazi, Meda Agame, and

Terden duly filled must be accompanied by

1. Feliable supplers, who have been engaging in the supply of food items, atach renewed trade license of 2013/2026 and VAT registered.

2. Price must include transportation costs to Adigrat town & deliver to warehouse prepared by MCDP

3. Prices should be clear without any cancellation

4. Comporting suppliers must be four manufacturers located in or around Adigrat

5. The bid period will be ended on 08/06/2000

6. The BID will open on 08/06/2026 at local time 9:00 in front of candidates or presentatives at NCDP Adigrated office

7. The succesfull bidder will present performance guaranty of 10% of the total cost she comes to sign a contract agreement.

8. NCDP reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids

9. NCDP shall deducta withholding tax of 3% and sebe it to the relevant offices
