Second time, Open local Invitation to Bid

Ethiopian Catholic Church social and development commission Adigrat Branch Mekele sub Branch needs Supply of Digital Chlorometer for water quality testing with reagents to conduct water quality test for its intervention Weredas, and invites competent and eligible licensed suppliers in Chemicals & Water Quality items supply or related fields. Therefore, those who are interested and fulfil the following criteria's are invited to participate:-

Criteria's for bidders

1. He/ She who can supply the items above before or within 20 days after receiving purchase order or signing the contract agreement.

2. Legally registered with VAT/TOT, having Renewed License of 2018 E.C in the above field and who can provide QR coded receipt

3. The bidder should secure a bid bond of 2% of the total price through CPO or unconditional Bank guaranty in separate envelop.

4. Interested and eligible bidders can collect Terms of reference document with specification from Mekele sub Branch Admin section during working hours 8:00Am to 5:30Pm, from 01/07/2026 up to 07/07/2026 G.C or 24-30/10/2018 E.C.

The bid box will be officially closed on 07/07/2026 G.C or 30/10/2018 E.C at 10:00Am (4.00 local time) in the morning and will be Opened at 10:30 Am /4:30 local time/ in presence of bidders or their legal representatives.

5. The office reserves the right to reject partially or fully the bid any time.
