Save the Children International (SCI) is the world's leading independent organization for children. To achieve part of its objective, Save the Children Northeast Area Office, Mekelle (NEAO) invites all eligible suppliers to bid for the supply of dignity and menstrual hygiene management kit and provision of water through water trucking for different Mekelle IDPs.

Tenders duly filled must be accompanied by:

• Renewed business license for the year 2018 E.C.

• VAT registration certificate

• Attach a copy of either a QR-coded receipt or a cash register-generated receipt.

• Bid Security in the name of Save the children international for 2% of bid amount in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee valid at least for three months from the date of bid opening. (Cash and insurance are not accepted)

• One Sample for each item should be provided at the time of bid opening only for dignity and menstrual hygiene management kit. A bidder who does. not provide sample at the time of bid opening will be rejected.

• Documents show the list of materials can be obtained from save the Northeast Area office supply chain department, Mekelle from 19/5/2026 to 29/5/2026 freely.

• Bid offer should include all Tender documents and marked clearly, bidder's name, address and legal stamp of the supplier and submit them in a sealed envelope to save the children Northeast Area Office Mekell from 19/5/2026 to 29/5/2026, 10:00 AM

• Bids will be opened on 29/5/2026; 10:30 A.M in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at SCI-NEAO, Mekelle.

• SCI-NEAO office reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of the bid.
