* Procurement Authority & Scope: The Women Association of Tigray (WAT) invites eligible suppliers to bid for the supply of required materials and items, with detailed specifications available at the WAT finance office.
* Eligibility & Requirements: Bidders must possess a renewed business license for 2016 E.C., be VAT registered, and submit a 2% bid security in CPO approved by a bank.

5 Bid closing date 06/09/2018 e.c at 4;00 local time and will be openedat 4;30 local time in the presence of bidders or legal representitives at WAT head office located in kebele 15,
6 The WAT have the right to cancel the bid partially or in full
7 Bidders are required to be VAT registered
