Almeda Textiles Factory P.I.C invites interested and eligible bidders to tender bid for the procurement of the service of Designing, Installalling ,Configuring and Commissioning of Campus Area Network Infrastructure Project

Invitation to Open Domestic Competitive Bid for the Design, Installation and Commissioning Campus Area Network Infrastructure for Almeda Textiles Factory P.L.C.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. ALMEDA TEXTILES FACTORY P.L.C invites interested and eligible bidders to tender bid for the procurement of the service of Designing, Installalling, Configuring and Commissioning of Campus Area Network Infrastructure Project for Almeda Textiles Factory P.L.C. The tender remain floating up to January 9/2020 12:00AM.
  2. All local firm organized and licensed that qualify to bid are invited to participate in the invitation to bids and they have to fulfill the following requirements:
    • a. Valid and renewed trade license for the year.
    • b. VAT registered.
    • c. Fulfilled their obligation to pay taxes according to Ethiopian law.
    • d. Adequate professional staff with multi-disciplinary specialization, skill and experience, knowledge and expertise in Designing, Installalling, Configuring and Commissioning of Campus Area Network Infrastructure.
    • e. The bidder should have executed at least five similar networking projects for any Governmental or nongovernmental Institutions, during the last four years Copy of work order and client's certificates of  satisfactory work completion should be submitted.
    • f.The Bidder shall not be under a Declaration of  ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices or blacklisted with any of the Government agencies. Bidder is required to sign integrity pact Self-Declaration in this regard by the authorized signatory of the bidder.
    • g. Bidders are recommended to visit Almeda Textiles Factory P.L.C.
  3. Bidders must be accompanied by birr 100,000.00 bid bond or bank guarantee.
  4. Bidders shall present original and copy of their financial and technical proposal separately.
  5. Bids receive on time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence or absence of interested bidders/ their representative at 2:30PM on January 9/2020.
  6. Bidders can collect the bid documents and instruction from Almeda Textiles Factory P.l.C's Addis Ababa branch office or head office by paying un returnable birr 100.00
  7.  Almeda Textiles Factory P.l.C reserves the right to reject all or part of this bid.
