Any contracting firm/bidder should get  bid documents after approval of the legal criteria described here in under from ECC-SADCO offices    both in Adigrat and Mekell or we can provide through email.

I. Minimum criteria

Consultancy    firm and/ Institutions              Having renewed license of 2008 E.C in

consultancy of similar works, at least 7 years

of experience in carry out similar surveys,

very good knowledge of social accountability,

transparency and accountability good

governance in Ethiopian context.

Legally registered                                           Copy of original documents   defining legal  status,  place of registration, and principal place of business

 

II. The bidder should secure a bid bond only through CPO of 2% of the total price including VAT. Pledging cash or other assets as a bid bond is not allowed.

 

III. The bidder should prepare and submit both the Technical proposals and financial Offer with detail information required as stated in the Terms of Reference (TOR) or Bid Document.

IV. The biddTOR for participation in the bid competition process.

V. Information

  • Interested and eligible bidders can purchase bid document /Term of Reference/ by paying non refundable 200.00 birr from Adigrat       main    office   ECC    SADCO          –Procurement  section or in Mekelle-  from ADCS    Mekelle branch  personnel     office  fromOct 20, 2015 till Nov 5, 2015 during working hours of ADCS or those who need the document through email may deposit in our account and send us bank sleep through email.
  • Bids must be submitted on Nov 5, 2015 G.C between 10: 00 – 10:30 am (Morning from4:00 -4:30 local time) only to the prepared bid box in ADCS main office Hall in Adigrat The  Bid will be officially            closed at 10:31(4:31LT) on the same date in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
  • ADCS will open the bids on Nov 5, 2015 in venue of ADCS  Hall in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives and ADCS concerned committee at 3:00pm(9:00LT after noon) in          ADCS main            office.

The      office   reserves           the       right     to         reject   partially           and/or  whole  bids
