1 The bidder has to present valid license /Trade and Construction / Tax Clearance and VAT registration

2 Eligible bidders are required to submit Technical and Finical proposal original and copy in a separate envelop A contractor will be selected accordingly to the procedure described in the bidding document

3 A complete set of bid document may be purchased by any interested eligible bidders at : Adigrat University office of the procurement and property Administration Building , Ground Floor Tel : 0344 45 23 18 , Fax 0344452123 Adigrat University , Adigrat , Ethiopia against a non-refundable fee of birr 200 birr

4 Any quires can be forwarded to the procuring entity from Monday to Friday at working hours from 8:00 Am to 5:00 PM

5 All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of certified cheque or Bank Guarantee of amount ETH Birr as listed on the above . Bids must be delivered to Adigrat University office of the procurement and property Administration Building Ground Floor Tel 0344452318 Fax 0344452123 Adigrat University , Adigrat Ethiopia on or before 10:00 Am of the 22th day to be counted from the date of announcement of the tender , Technical proposal will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend . If the 22th day is not working days the bid will be closed and opened at the aforementioned time of the next working day

6 The final proposal of the bidders who pass the technical qualification criteria shall be opened in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend on the date to be announced by the employer

7 The university will post all detail and necessary information regarding this tender announcement on its website http:// www.adu.edu.et Furthermore , the university will post all necessary notice regarding these project on its website . Therefore, all interested application are advised to refer the university website throughout the period of the bid process

8 Adigrat university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids
