Bid must be put in wax – sealed envelope, clearly marked “ by bidders name, address , legal stamp and the lot number and name of particular site “ and Lot Number “ in the the Bid Box prepared for the purpose at reception , their technical and financial document in One(1) original and One (1) copy for both ,(different envelopes) for each Lots all separately wax sealed to Save the Children to Address stated above in Addis Ababa or Mekelle office  on Friday November 11th , 2016 4:30 P.M
Bid will opened on Monday  November 14th , 2016 at 2:00 pm at Save the Children , Addis Ababa and Mekelle Office in the presence of bidders or bidder’s representative who wish to attend.
Save the Children reserves the right to accept or reject the entire or partial part of this bid .
