INVITATION TO TENDER(Re-advertised) FOR SPORT ITEMS

SOS Childrens' Village, Tigray MHPSS Project wants to procure different Sport Items with a detailed specification listed here below & invites suppliers who fulfill the following legal preconditions to submit a selected tender per the specification details,instructions to bidders, and General Terms and conditions of purchase as described hereunder:

Therefore, those who fulfil the criteria below are cordially invited to participate in the open bid.

1. Possessing a legal trade license

2. Provisional license of sport materials of the year 2025 G.C/2018 E.C

3. Providing TIN certificate and VAT declaration of the year 2025/2018 E.C/

4. Those who can provide a legal formal witness letter that the supplier has provided similar items to d/nt organization with due trust and quality

5. Providing all necessary documents with legal stamps and signature in Original and Copy forms

6. Formal written permission from Revenue development office to participate in Bids of sport materials for the year 2025 GC or 2018 E.C

7. The winner of the bid will be expected to deliver the item to SOS CVE Mekelle Program location with his/her own transportation cost

8. The items shall the same with the available sample, with no different size must be alike to each

other. A sample of Sport item is available with us for ease of provision as per the sample.

9. The winning seller must make a formal agreement with us in seven days from the time he/she is notified and who can proving that the Sport Items are delivered in proper specification as per the sample given,.

10. Competitors are expected to take the bidding formats from our office from December 29- January 7, 2026 in working hours.

11. Competitors will be submitting collateral of Birr 60,000.00 in CPO or Bid bond form written in the name of SOS CHILDREN'S VILLAGES from well-known legal banks in the date but before the time of opening.

12. The bid process will be closed on January 8, 2026, at 2:00 pm and open at 2:30 pm in the presence of the bidding parties or with their legal representatives.

13. The winner will deliver the materials by his/her own transport cost to each place with their respective amounts

14. Our firm will not abide by the bidding process in case any better alternative finds, and this may include fully cancelation.

15. After opening the bid, we have the privilege to add or deduct the amounts up to 20% of the total amounts proposed.
