Open Tender for External Auditing Services

Tigray Youth Association intends to issue an open tender for the financial performance activities of the 2017 E.C. fiscal year, with the goal of conducting an audit of annual financial performance. Authorized auditors who can fulfill the requirements detailed below are invited to participate in the tender.

1. Applicants must have all legal working licenses, including a renewed license for the current year, and must submit non-returnable copies of these documents.

2. The bidder must have a valid Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and submit a non-returnable copy of it, an audit license, and work and competency certificates. Additionally, the bidder should submit the price for a single box file.

3. Bidders who are VAT or TOT registered must submit valid VAT/TOT registration certificates and a formal declaration for the current month, accompanied by non-returnable copies of these documents.

4. Bidders must submit a Certified Payment Order (CPO) of Five Thousand (5,000.00) Birr from a recognized bank, which should be deposited in the bid box along with the bid documents.

5. The bid will be officially announced on 14/07/2025 G.C.; the bid box will close on 28/07/2025 G.C. at 4:00 a.m. local time and will be opened at 4:30 a.m. on the same day at Tigray Youth Association in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives.

6. The bidder can obtain the analysis and evaluation document from the Tigray Youth Association, Room Number 05 (Finance and Administration Office), by paying Birr 50 during working hours. Starting from 14/07/2025 G.C to 28/07/2025

7. E.C, bidders can deposit their bids into the open bid box with a sealed envelope containing name, address, signature, and stamp.

8. The winning bidder shall sign the contract within three (3) days of notification of award.

9. If a bidder is found to have engaged in deceit, his or her bid will be automatically canceled, and the amount deposited will be forfeited to TYA's account.

10. The winner will pay a 2% withholding tax.

11. Our organization reserves the right to fully or partially cancel the bid.
