The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite competent Water works and Electromechanical Works Contractors who have a Grade One to Five Certificate of Competency (CoC) to submit their respective application quotations for the construction of:

A clarification or pre-bid meeting will be held per the schedule shown below:

Vendors are required to submit their request for clarifications on the tender, request to attend a pre-bid meeting, and submit a vendor response to a tender only using the UNOPS secured email address: etoh.procurement@unops.org.
Quotations must be submitted for personal delivery, Hard copy and Soft copy uploaded to a flash drive in an envelope to the UNOPS Ethiopia office in Mekelle, Tigray Region, Ethiopia.
Interested Applicant's Proposals must also be expressed in English and shall be valid for a minimum period of 90 days. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your Application reaches UNOPS Mekelle Office on or before the deadline. Applications that are received by UNOPS after the deadline shall not be considered for evaluation.
