Messebo Cement Factory PLC. (MCF PLC) invites eligible bidders for the supply of different Mini Bus Half Van (5 Seats), Station Wagon with (7 Seats) 4WD, Diesel & Pick up D/Cabin 4WD Diesel (5 seat)

1. Bid document can be collected from Addis Ababa Messebo Cement Factory Liaison Office Wegagen Hank S.Co. 3rd floor or Mekelle Messebo Cement Factory Plc Head office effective from the day of announcement against payment of non-refundable Birr 500.00
2. Bidder must submit valid trade license renewed for technical and 2016 Ethiopian Calendar and VAT registration certificate.
3. All Bids must be submitted in wax-scaled and stamped envelopes on or before the closing date which is 08/08/2024 G.C. 10:00 AM (European Time) and should be addressed and marked as Follows.

4. Bidders must submit their technical and financial offers document on two copies (one original and one copies separetly) by coming in person to Messebo Cement Factory head office or Addis Ababa Liaison Office.-
5. Bids will be opened on 08/08/2024G.C. at 10:15 A.M (European time) in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Messebo Cement factory PLC Head office.
6. Bids must be accompanied by bid guarantee Birr 500,000.00 in the form of C.P.O or Bank Guarantee.
7. All bids that come after closing date of the tender will be rejected.
8. Bidders must know that messebo cement factory have got imported permit from ministry of finance.
9. Messcbo Cement Factory Plc reserves the right to reject the bid fully or partially.
