Notice for open tender

The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit the quotations for the provision of Supply and Delivery of Hand Pumps & Accessories for maintaining 400 Handpumps in 5 Woredas; Tigray, Ethiopia.

Reference: RFQ Ref No: UNOPS/ETMCO/RFQ/2023/10

If you are interested in submitting a quotation in response to this RFQ, please prepare your quotation in accordance with the requirements and process as set out in this RFQ and submit it to the address indicated in the RFQ (request for quotation).

Deadline for the submision is May 16, 2024 before or on 01:00 PM Quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope at Mekelle UNOPS Office.

Bid documents should be collected from Mekelle UNOPS Office Adihaki Sub City, Hayelom Zone C-16, behind Gemad Hotel untill 15th of May, 2024.

Please bring the following requirements, while you come for BID document collection.

1. A. Copy of Your ID/Copy of Delegation letter, if you are not yourself who is collecting a bid document.

2. Copy of valid business licence (Business licence will not be accepted if it is not renewed for 2016 Ethiopian calendar.

3. Copy of TIN certificate

4. Phone number and valid email account.

5. VAT is mondatory. Your offer will not be evaluated unless you have a VAT certificate attached.
