1) Delivery/Transportation Cost
Transportation costs shall be quoted separately in the financial proposal and cover delivery from the production facility to Shire Town, Tigray Region.

- Wheat: 20%
- Premix (Vitamins & Minerals): 2%
3) Bid Requirements (Eligibility Criteria) Bidders must provide evidence of:
