- Note: A proposed staff with MSc degree will be required 2 years less experience than the above requirement for General Work Experience;
- full time, bidder shall provide payroll supported by receipts from revenue and custom authority or employment agreement testimonials approved by labor and social affairs (Justice office) for the proposed person working with the Company itself or pension contribution transfer document to the mandated public body.
- The above required documents shall be for the last three months before bid submission date;
- The personnel for all part time staff should write and sign his/her availability and willingness form for this specific project, time and assignment position. Non-attachment of signed willingness form leads to fail for the proposed position;
- General experience shall mean experience after educational graduation in any construction project;
- Specific experience in similar position shall mean experience in building construction in the required Position.
- Only one candidate shall be proposed for one position
- If a professional who is in permanent position is proposed by another bidder, the bidders will fail to get the allotted point for corresponding professional
- If the project is awarded changing the proposed qualified personnel is not allowed unless authorized by the Employer ascertaining the new personnel is at least equivalent to the employer requirement in relation to the stated qualification
- If the proposed person is not qualified but the project is awarded, the winner shall provide a substitute employee equivalent to the employer requirement for the corresponding position before signing of an agreement.
- The number of points to be assigned to each of the above positions or disciplines shall be determined considering30% for Total Work Experience sub-criteria and 70% for Experience in Similar Works.
