SNV Netherlands Development Organisation would like to re-float a tender for interested eligible & competitive bidder for the purchase of Mango and Red lady papaya Seedlings of as per the detailed requirement on the bid document.
Deadline: bids must be delivered to the address below on or before May 4th, 2026, 02:00PM.
1. Late bids will not be received.
2. Interested bidder shall collect the full bid document from SNV Ethiopia Tigray office as from April 24th, 2026, up to May 1", 2026, from the below SNV Tigray, Mekelle Address.
3. All bid prices should be valid for 120 days.
4. Bidders are required to furnish the following copies of relevant documents:
· renewed licence in fruit multiplication and supply
· must Have a certification letter from the regional Bureau of Agriculture and Natural Resources plant health and inspection team
· The Seedling must be free from any pest
· The variety of the seedling must be Kent or Tommy Atkins
· The source of Scion and root stock must be known
