SNV invites eligible national drilling companies Grade four and above, based in Tigray-Mekelle, for full pump test including test report preparation, opening of the 8" casing sealed by a metal sheet, re-sealing the well after the completion of the pump test for a borehole which was drilled about 15 years ago.
