1. Ezana Mining Development PLC now invites eligible bidders to submit specification and their financial proposals(original and copy) in a sealed envelope for the below listed Item.

4. The winner bidder will be the bidder with least price and complies with the specification. To qualify for award of contract, Bidder must fulfill the following qualification criteria; For 2012 E.C renewed Certificate of registration For 2012 E.C renewed trading license Valid Tax Registration and clearance Certificate;

Bidders shall furnish a bid security which is 2% of their offered price and the bid security must be valid a minimum of sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening.

5. A Complete set of Bidding Document in English may be collected by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 100 effective as of 20/11/ 2019 from address Mekelle, Tigray, 09 14 74 64 24

6. Bids must be delivered to Mekelle office on or before 2:30pM, on 09/12/2019.

7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who chose to attend in person at 3:00PM on 09/12/2019at Ezana Mining Development PLC, , Mekelle.

8. Ezana Mining Development PLC reserves the right to reject all or part of this bid.
