1. The Government of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Agricultural Growth Programme II and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Raya Alamata and Raya Azebo Supply and Installation of Pumps.
   
   
2. The Tigray Water Resource Bureau now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Raya Alamata and Raya Azebo supply and Installation of pumps, margin of preference is not applicable delivery period is 60 calendar days after contract signing for the delivery of goods and completion of related services
   
   
3.  Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 amended November 2017 and August 2018(Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
   
   
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Tigray Water Resource Bureau Room One Wash National Programme Procurement section Room number No.106(old building) and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 2:00-6:30 and 8:00-11:30 local time starting from 18 March, 2019.
   
   
5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of 150.00 ETB/ One hundred Fifty Birr/. The method of payment will be in cash. The document will be sent by a person representing the company.
   
   
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 15 April 2019@9:00 Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids with be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidder's designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 15 April 2019@9:30
   
   
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 280,000Ethiopian Birr (Two hundred Eighty Thousand Ethiopian birr) in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO
