ITB 18.1 The written conformation of authorization to sign on behalf of the bidder shall consists of .Fully Intiaial and sealed bids document in general Bidders should have to be provided One “original “ Technical and Financial “ document also should have to be provided in separate envelop too
5 A Complete set of Bidding Document in English may be purchased from Tigray Water resource bureau upon payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 200 on working days (Monday- Friday) .Method of payment will be in cash or Check against receipt from Monday –Friday working hours
6 Bids must be delivered address below from 20/7 /2010 up to 19/8 /2010 at 3:00 local time. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and Bids will be opened physically on the same date at 3:00 local time in the presence of the bidders representative who choose to attend in person at the address below All bids shall be accompanied by the Bid security (CPO) or unconditional bank guarantee for each lot as stated in the above table in Ethiopia birr
The bid security shall be valid for a period of 60 days after bid opening
The Bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid
