1 The complete specification document can be collected from MIE office in Ethiopia capital Addis Ababa or Tigray Region , Mekelle or can be download from MIE web site (www.mie.com.et)

2 Bidders must valid trade license renwed for 2017/2018 G.C and vat Registration Certificate

3 Bid –offers must be submitted by wax-sealed and stamped envelops marked “ Technical Offer” and Financial Offer” for the Generator and Compressor separately to the below address

4 The Bid will be closed on Feb 28/2018 G.C at 5:00 pm (European time) and will be opened on March 1, 2018 G.C at 3:00 pm (European time) at mekelle Head Office , in the presence of bidders or representative who are interested to attend . However , if the document is compiled with all the sated requirement , tenders can be opened in the presence of bidders.

5 Bids must be accompanied by bid guarantee 2% of the total price in the form of CPO

6 All bids that come after opening gate of the tender will be rejected
