5 Bids will be opened on the 30^th day of the first announcement of this invitation for bid on the Ethiopia Reporter at 10:00AM in the presence of interested bidders or their representative who choose to attend . However , if the 30^th day is either Sunday or holyday the bid will be opened on the following work days at 10:00 AM
