1 Have renewed business licence for the year 2018

2 Who can deposite 2% of the cost in CPO approved.

3 Who can supply quality item

4 Bid announcement date 20/02/2018 e.c -27/02/2018 e.c

5 Bid closing date 27/02/2018 e.c at 4:00 loc time and will be openedat 4:30 local time in the presence of bidders or le representitives at WAT head office located in kebele 15,

6 The WAT have the right to cancel the bid partially or in full

7 Bidders are required to be VAT registered
