Ethiopian Catholic Church Dioces of Adigrat Wukro St.Mary's College in collaboration Ethiopian Catholic Church Social development office of Adigrat for UNICEF-MCF ADCS youth Program is announcing an open bid on purchasing for Chicken feed and poultry Materials and Equipment.

Eligibility Criteria

Our selection criteria is Lowest Price without compromise quality of the materials. However due diligence is also going to be conducted after the opening of the bid.

1. Only Eligible Suppliers can take bid document from: Wukro St.Mary's College office, 18 floor, you can take a bid document a non fendable 500 (Five Hundered birr).

2. Bidders must have renewed Equipment.

4. The bidders can not alter, amend or withdraw offers after tender is opened.

5. Bidders should submit offers price as per the attached request for quotation.

6. Bidders should submit Bid security of 100,000 (one hundered thousand Birr) only C.P.O from recognized Bank by the name of 'Wukro St.Mary's College' and should be submitted together with the bid document to the bid box or separetly before the Bid envelop is opened.

7. Bidders should aware that before conducting an agreement due diligence is going to be conducted on the overall capability of a supplier,rch o

8. The supplier should deliver the material within 5 days after notification of award and signing of agreement to Wukro St.Mary's College office with his/her own transport.

9. Bidders must be delivered their bid documents to the address Wukro St.Mary's College office, 18 floor, in the prepared tender box, from September 26, 2025 up to octeber 13, 2025.

10. Bid closing date is octeber 13, 2025 at 4:00 local time.

11. Late bids will be rejected and Bids will be opened physically on octeber 13, 2025 at 4:30 local time preferably in the presence of the bidders or representatives who choose to attend in person at the address above.

12. The bid price validity date is 45 days.

13. All bidders must be aware that Wukro St.Mary's College reserves the right to deposit the C.P.O of any bidders who refuse to sign an agreement at their quoted price after being provided an order notice.

14. The Wukro St.Mary's College reserves the right to reject partially or fully cancel or reject any or all of the bids.
