World Vision Ethiopia (WVE) is an International Humanitarian Christian Organization whose objective is to provide holistic and integrated development and emergency response programs in the country.

World Vision's work in Ethiopia contributes to the well-being of vulnerable children in partnership with the church, civil society and the government. Initiatives include education, food security, health, HIV and AIDS, water, sanitation, and hygiene, as well as sponsorship management. For more than 40 years, World Vision Ethiopia (WVE) has worked with the poorest and most vulnerable communities. Today, WVE works in more than 100 districts across the country supported by nearly 1,500 staff. Close to three hundred long-term development programs benefit over six million children and their families.

World Vision Ethiopia would like to invite Potential Suppliers for the provision of Security and Cleaning services for its North program Hub office premises.

Eligible Suppliers can collect Terms of Reference & detailed specification from WWE North Program Hub's Procurement Unit through the address shown below by delivering credential renewed license during working hours (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00PM to 4:00PM), From September 15 to 22 / 2025. The bidding document (TOR) will be distributed to the bidders on hand in the below location.
Kindly be informed on Friday office will be closed at 2:00 PM (8:00 Local time).

The bidder shall submit the original and copy of the bid in separate envelopes sealed and stamped, duly marking the envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" for Technical and Financial Proposals Separately (including copies of renewed Trade License, Business Registration License, Tax Payer's Registration, VAT Registration, and professional competency Certificates).

All documents (Technical and Financial Proposals) must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before 09:30AM on September 22, 2024.
Please note that the submitted documents will be opened by WVE Tender opening committee & the winner announced though notice bored

The bidder is required to submit a bid bond of ETB 10,000.00 (Ten thousand birr only) in a separate sealed Envelope in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee with the name "World vision Ethiopia"

World Vision Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever. Backs
