Subject: Invitation for Quotation for the Construction of Water Supply System at Tigray Health Bureau
1. You are invited to submit your most competitive quotation for the following items

2. Government of Ethiopia received a loan from World Bank amounting towards the cost of the implementation of one WaSH project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of the loan to eligible parties under the contract for which this invitation for quotation is issued.
3. Bid Price
a) The contract shall be the full quantity as described above, corrections if any, shall be made by crossing out, initializing, dating and writing.
b) All duties, taxes and other levies payable by the contractor under the contract shall be included in the total price.
c) The rates quoted by the bidder shall be fixed for the duration of the contract and shall not be subject to adjustment on any account.
d) The price should be quoted in Ethiopia birr only.
4. Each bidder shall submit only one quotation.
5. Validation of quotation
Quotation shall remain valid for a period of not less than 45 days after the deadline date specified for bid submission.
6. Evaluation of quotation
The bid will be evaluated based on lot bases.
7. Award contract the project will award contract to the bidder whose quotation has been determined to be substantially responsive and who has offered the lowest evaluated quotation price.
8. Payment shall be made in admeasurements base.
9. Normal commercial warranty/guarantee shall be applicable to the supplied goods.
10. The bidder will full fill the following legal documents renewed trade license for the year 2016/7, VAT registration Certificate and VAT declaration for the month Tahsas, 2017 E.CÂ You are requested to provide your offer latest by hard copy at 3:00 Local Time on April 3, 2025, in Tigray Water and Energy Bureau, office number 11 (old building).
11. Any interested illegible bidder will purchase bidding documents paying non refundable birr 500.00 at TWEB One wash procurement office 111 (New Building) starting from 17 March 2025.
