INVITATION FOR BID

Re-TENDER NO.MCF PLC 60/2017

Messebo Cement Factory plc (MCF PLC) invites eligible bidders for the supply of Different types of electrical Materials, UPS batteries, Dewatering pumps, and power cables.

1. Bid documents can be collected from Addis Ababa Messebo Cement Factory plc Liaison office Wegagen Bank building 3rd floor in front of Stadium or Mekelle Messebo Cement Factory plc Head office effective from the day of 1st announcement against payment of non-refundable Birr 200.00
2. Bidders must submit a valid trade license renewed for the 2016 Ethiopian calendar and VAT VAT-registered certificate.
3. All Bids must submit their bids in wax-sealed and stamped envelopes on or before the closing date, which is December 10/12/2024 10:00 AM (European Time), and would be addressed and marked as follows.
4. The bid should be prepared in two separate envelopes technical and financial offers in two copies separately, (For each lot Technical in two copies (original and copy) and Financial Two copies (original and copy) by coming in person to Messebo head Office in Mekelle.
5. Bids Will be open on the same date December 10/12/2024 G.C 10:15 AM (European time) in The presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Mesebo Cement factory plc lead office.
6. The bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of 2% of the total price in the form of C.PO or Cash bank guarantee and submitted separately with a field envelope.
7. All bids that come after the closing date of the tender will be Rejected.
8. Messebo Cement Factory plc reserves the right to reject the bid fully or partially of the bid.
