Ethiopian Catholic Church social and development commission Adigrat branch Mekele sub branch invites competent and licensed Bidders for purchase of vehicle.

Criteria's for bidders

1. legaly registered-copy of original documents defining legal status, place of registration and principal place of business showing original on the opening date.

2. The bidder should secure a bid bond Of 2% of the total price including VAT through CPO in separate envelop.

3. The bidder should submit technical and recent financial status document with the price proposal in different envelop

4. Interested and eligible bidders can collect price quotation form and attached specification document from Mekele sub branch Administration office during working hours from November 5/2024 up to November 13/2024 and we also announced the bid on Reporter news paper Amharic version dated on November 10/2024. The bid box will be officially closed at 4.00 AM in the mornging and Opened at 4:30AM local time on November 14/2024. In the presence of bidders or their legal representatives'

5. The office reserves the right to reject partially or fully the bid any time.
