1 MIE now invites registered Electro mechanical contractors of Grade 5 and above with in the following criteria

2 Renewed trade license for the year 2008 EC , VAT registration certificate and have Tax identification Number Â

3 Tender documentation can be bought with un-returnable 100 Birr from MIE Supply Department at any working time from 20/04 2016 2:00 morning local time upto 28/04/2008 8:00 local time.

4 Bid security in the form of CPO Birr 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Birr only) is required

5 Sub-contractor is Prohibited

6 Price shall include all cost relating to customs duties taxes, fees and less payable by the Tenderer

7 The tender shall complete the Listed work scope attached

8 One original and one copy technical and financial document is required

9 Final data of submission of the financial and technical document is 28/04/2016 at 8:00 local time

10 Tender will be opened at MIE compound in 28/04/2016 at the same date 8:30 local time

11 Delivery period for the project is 45 calendar days including mobilization and mobilization after site hand over Â

12 The bidder shall construct a temporary store

13 Every required consumable  power source and extension cables , labour , machine and tools  is to be provided by the bidder except supply of PEB materials

14 only Supply of PEB materials to be provided by MIE PLC

15 No claim whatsoever entertained will be arising Tenderers failure  to study the tender documents

16 Failure to comply with above submission procedure may invalidate the tender

17 MIE has the right to cancel the tender any time Â
