Invitation to Bid for the supply of Female Breeding Goats

World Vision Ethiopia (WWE) is an International Humanitarian Christian Organization whose objective is to provide holistic and integrated development and emergency response programs in the country.

World Vision's work in Ethiopia contributes to the well-being of vulnerable children in partnership with the church, civil society and the government. Initiatives include education, food security, health, HIV and AIDS, water, sanitation, and hygiene, as well as sponsorship management. All programs are implemented with the goal of addressing the strategic and basic needs of children while supporting and building the capacity of families and communities.

TOR Collection Period: October I to October 7, 2024

Working Hours: Morning: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Afternoon: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Please note, our office will close early at 2:00 PM (8:00 Local Time) every Friday.

Requirements:

- Eligible suppliers must present a valid, renewed business license to collect the TOR.

- Bidders or their legal representatives must visit our office to provide their email address, register, and sign in our bid receiving template.

- The bidding document will be sent via email from alene_aregawi@wvi.org to the email address provided during registration.

The bidder shall submit the original and copy of the bid in separate envelopes sealed and stamped, duly marking the envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" for Technical and Financial Proposals Separately (including copies of renewed Trade License, Business Registration License, Tax Payer's Registration, VAT Registration, and professional competency Certificates).

All documents (Technical and Financial Proposals) must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before 11:30AM on October 7, 2024.

The bidder is required to submit a bid bond of ETB 20,000.00 (Twenty thousand birr only) in a separate sealed Envelope in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee with the name "World vision Ethiopia"

World Vision Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
