OPEN BID INVITATION

Ethiopian Catholic Church Social & Development Commission of Adigrat Mekelle Sub Branch office invites bidders to supply Used Vehicle Land Cruiser Mark 2 to be used for field works supervision at rural areas. Any bidder who can fulfill the following minimum criteria can compete in the bid as per the terms described below.

I. Legal Criteria:

✓ The bidder should have renewed license of 2016 or 2017 E.C in Vehicle Dealing, Used Vehicle sales, or related businesses or should have ownership certificate showing renewed annual inspection of the vehicle for 2016 EC.

✓ The bidder should attach copy of renewed trade license, principal registration of business, Tax Payment of 2016 or 2017 fiscal year EC, VAT/ TOT registration certificate, TIN certificate and Ownership/ title Certificate (showing original copies is mandatory at the bid opening time)

II. The bidder should secure a bid bond of 2% of the total price through CPO.

III. The bidder should prepare and submit both the Technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes with detail information required as stated in the Vehicle specifications.

IV. Bid date:

✓ Bids must be submitted on August 26/2024 G.C between 8:30 -10:00 Am (morning from 2:30-4:00 local time) only to the bid box prepared in ECC-SDCOAd Mekelle office Hall. The Bid will be officially closed at 10:01 Am (4:01 local time) on the same date.

✓ The bid will be opened on the same date August 26/2024 G.C in the presence of bidders or designated representatives and ECC SDCOAD concerned committee at 10:30 Am (morning 4:30 local time) at ECC - SDCOAD Mekelle office hall.

Interested and eligible bidders can get a bid document from ECC-SDCOAd Mekelle Administration section starting from 19/08/2024 up to 26/08/2024 by paying nonrefundable birr 100.00 during working hours.

The office reserves the right to reject partially or whole bids at any level of bid processing.
