Design Consultancy Service

The Electric, Spare and Stationary Associations Cluster Kindly invites eligible consultancy firms for Design Consultancy Service, for the commercial building planned to be build by the association cluster at the city of Mekelle.

1. Interested consultant for participation in the tender should meet the following minimum qualifying criteria

i. Consultancy office should be level 1

ii. A renewed Company License, VAT, and TIN for 2016 EC

iii. A renewed Consultancy Level for 2016 E.C.

iv. A renewed Professional Licenses

V. Clearance from Relevant Government Revenue Body

2. Project specification, detail requirement, along with the terms and conditions for submission, are outlined in the bid document.

3. Bid Proposal security is required, the amount of the Bid Proposal security shall be ETB 250,000 (Two Hundred Fifty thousand).

4. Place to collect the bid document: Daero Building, Second Floor, Room No.: 203

5. Dead line for collecting the bid document: April 07, 2016 E.C., 5 p.m.

6. Dead line for Submission of Request for proposal/RFP/: April 15, 2016 E.C. at 2:30 p.m

7. Award announcement: April 19, 2016 E.C.
