INVITATION TO. BID FOR ROAD MARKING PAINT

WORKS UNDER MEKELLE CITY ROADS

PROJECT: CONTRACT 1.2 & 3

1. We hereby invite the bidders for, road marking paint works under Mekelle City Roads Project: Contract 1, 2 & 3 who fulfill the following requirements: (a) GC-4 and above or BC-3 and above registered or Specialized In the road marking Business license issued by the authorized authority renewed for this year.

(b) Tax Identification Number (TIN No.) & VAT certificate.

(c) Experience in at least one similar work.

2. An interested eligible bidder can obtain the Bid document from below address during working hours against a nonrefundable payment of ETB 500 (ETB five hundred):

Lachi Office, Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia

Chief Design and Contract Management Office

3. All bids must be signed, stamped, sealed and accompanied by a bid security of ETB 100,000.00 (ETB One Hundred Thousand) in the form of a CPO in favor of SUR Construction PLC valid for a period of 60 days from the date of bid opening.

4. Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the above address.

5. The bids shall be delivered at the above-noted address on or before 9:00 AM on December 27, 2023.

6. Bidders are instructed to submit technical and financial proposals In separate envelopes.

7. Technical Bids will be opened at 9:30 AM on December 27, 2023, In the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend.

8. Financial bids will be opened only for those bidders who pass in technical evaluation at 9:30 AM on December 29, 2023.

9. We will not be responsible for any costs/expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with site visits, preparation, and delivery of bids.

10. We reserve the right to reject any or all parts of the bid without assigning any reason/s thereof.
