8. All bidders must be accompanied by bid bond security 2% of the total price in the form of a certified Payment order (CPO), a bank Guarantee.
9. Bidders can purchase the bid document paying a Non-refundable birr 100.00 (One Hundred birr) from our office Mekelle Branch.
10. Bid opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and or their representatives who wish to attend in Mekelle, Branch on November 06/2023 10:00 A.M a.m. local.
