Background Information
The Ethiopian Orthodox Church Development and Inter-Church Aid Commission (EOC-DICAC) is a humanitarian non-governmental organization established by legal notice No. 415 in 1972. The organization has been providing humanitarian and Development services assistance for needy and crises vulnerable communities in the country irrespective of variables such as political affiliation, religious views, and ethnic backgrounds.
EOC-DICAC would like to invite a certified and eligible suppliers to supply various items reusable sanitary pad, underwear, dignity kits, WASH facilities (Plastic water jerry can 20 liter, Plastic water bucket with cover 20 liter capacity, Plastic close washing basin 20 liter capacity, All-purpose laundry soap 230 mg), submersible water pumps and centrifugal surface pump with accessories and Afrideve hand pump.
Applicants are required to fulfill the following minimum requirements:
âš« Renewed Business license for the year 2015/16 Ethiopian Fiscal Year
âš«.Valid VAT registration Certificate- & TIN number
⚫security of 2% of the bid in the form of CPO or bank guarantee in the name of    EOC- Bid DICAC Sekota Emergency (Awash Bank Account Number 013041024062000)
âš«Relevant experience and track record in supplying similar items to humanitarian organizations, government bodies or private sectors.
Application procedure: All qualified and eligible bidders are required to collect the Price quotation format with details of bill of quantity and specification from EOTC-DICAC/RRAD, Mekelle city, Adihawsi, 200m to the right of.
Interested Supplier can submit:
1. Price quotations by completing the format along with CPO or Bank guarantee in sealed and stamped envelopes to EOTC-DICAC/RRAD, Mekelle city, Adihawsi, around UNHCR office.
2. Renewed Business license, Valid VAT registration Certificate, TIN number and relevant experience within 10 consecutive days beginning of the date of this announcement is posted in major public announcement areas.
