1. The project work is located at the regional state of Tigray maichew town
2. Eligible bidders are required to present their valid and renewed business license

TIN/VAT registration certificate for 2008 E.C to be eligible to buy the bid document

1. Bidders can purchase a complete bid documents beginning from November 23/2015 from the liaison office during working hours up on paying un refundable  300 birr

3. Dead line for the submission of the bid documents December 03/2015 Until 2 :30 pm
4. Bid opening shall take place on December 03/2015 3:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their representative
