Action for Social Development and Environmental Protection Organization (ASDEPO) invites eligible bidders to supply nutrient-rich food items, including spaghetti, tuna, rice, corn flour, vegetable oil, sugar, iodized salt, and milk powder, for food security and assistance activities in Enderta Woreda, Tigray.

In line with our mission, we, Action for Social Development and Environmental Protection Organization (ASDEPO), in partnership with our donors, aim to procure nutrient-rich food items through a project called "Food Security and Food Assistance Activities in Enderta Woreda, South Eastern Zone, Tiaray Region."

Hence, ASDEPO invites all interested & eligible bidders who are qualified, technically competent, and hold a valid license for the current Ethiopian FY to participate in the bid.

Bidding Requirement

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Organization and other Relevant Laws of the Country, and is open to all eligible bidders.

2. Bidders shall present a copy of a renewed trade license, certificate of registration, tax clearance certification, VAT registration certificate, and TIN registration certificate as part of the technical proposal.

3. The bid document submission must be accompanied by a Bid Bond Amount of 5% of the financial proposal in the form of an Unconditional Cashier's Payment Order (C.P.O) or Bank guarantee letter.

4. Bidders should indicate whether the price includes or excludes VAT.

5. The bid should be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes, Financial and Technical proposals, addressed to ASDEPO,

6. The envelopes should clearly indicate the Invitation to bid reference number "ASDEPO/ITB /023/ 2026".

7. Bid documents must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose at the head office (Addis Ababa) located in Lemikura sub city, Woreda 08, near Figa traffic light at the back of Lion Bank Beshale Branch, on or before September 08, 2026, at 10:00 AM (Morning).

8. Bid opening shall be held on the same date September 08, 2026, at 10:30 AM (Morning), at Addis Ababa Head Office, with the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who want to attend.

9. Winners shall deliver the food items within a maximum of one week after the award letter (Contract agreement) is received.

10. Delivery location of the food items must be ASDEPO Tigray Regional Office, Mekele.

11. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above shall entail automatic rejection.

12. The eligible bidders shall submit their price Quotation based on the below detailed information.
