International Medical Corps, an international NGO registered and licensed in Ethiopia, is looking to work with competent vehicle restal companies and would like to invite eligible companies who have good capacity and satisfactory performance te submit ander for different vehicles rental services at Tigay Regional Sure all field sites for a period of one year (with a possibility of additional Tyear with same terms and conditions), sarting from Sepmber 1, 2026.

1. Only eligible vendors er representatives shall collect sender documents from Intemational Medical Corps Shine Field office starting from July 38, 2026, til August 17, 2026. Werking hours, moming from 68:30 AM 12:30 PM and afternoon from 1:39PM to 04:09PM.
Tender emission conditions
1. Tender documents must be atmited to International Medical Corps Shire Field office reception with registration and signing on the registration book in Shire on from 08:30 AM CMT-3 to 6:00 PM GMT+3 in the aflemoon on August 18 to 20, 2926
2. Tender envelopes must be sealed and stamped. Open envelopes will not be accepted.
3. IMC will not accept tender documents before/after the date and time indicated on no. I above Tender ageing
1. Tender opening (only for Technical) will be on Aug 21.2026 at 10:00 AM GMT+3 in the meming Shine IMC office. meeting hall. Bidders are very much encouraged to attend the bid opening process. However in the absence of bidders, International Medical Carps will continue with the hid opening and evaluation process
