2 Who can deposit  2% of the total cost in CPO approved by a bank

3 Who can supply quality item

4 Bid announcement date 5/6/2016 – 14 /06/2016 E.C

5 Bid closing date 14 /06/2016 E.C at 4:00 local time and will be opened at 4:30 local time in the presenece of bidders or legal reprsentaive at WAT head office located in kebelle 15

6 The WAT have the right to cancel  the bid partially or in full

7 Bidders are required to be VAT registred
