2 Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open Bid Tendering procedure contained in the public procurement of the federal government of Ethiopia .

3 Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and clarification on the bid document at the address given below. Bids must be delivered at the address given below before 10:00 Am (4:00 Local time ) of the bid closing date.

4 A completed set of Bidding Document prepared in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders up on submission of a written application at the address given below upon payment of a non –refundable fee ETB 5,000 from the first date of this announcement on the newspaper . The method of payment for the bid document will be in cash. The Employer assumes no liability for loss or late delivery of the purchased bid document

5 All bids must be accompanied by a 500,000.00 ETB Bid Security , as specified in the tender documents. The bid Security shall be in the form of CPO or an Unconditional Bank Guarantee from recognized local Banks.

6 Domestic Bidders shall present copy of their renewed trade license for the year 2008 E.C , renewed main registration trade license 2008 E.C . Tax identification Number , Valid Tax clearance certification and VAT registration certificate and Foreign Bidders shall present their authentication documents

7 Bid closing date shall be before 10:00 am (4:00 Local time) on the 46th day from the first date of announcement of the tender and its opening time will be on the same day, at 10:30 Am (4:30 local time) . if the 46th day is not working day, the bid will be closed and opened at the Academic Commission Hall at the aforementioned time of the next working days.

8 Pre Bid meeting , for detail briefing with bidders , will be held on 20th day from the first date of announcement of the tender at 8:30 Am ( 2:30 Local time ) at Academic Commission Hall . If the 20th day is not a working day , the meeting will be postponed from the next working days
