Guidelines
1. Interested companies are requested to
• Clearly specify the category of business operation
• Clearly specify Location/region/town you want to apply for to which physical presence in the selected operation area is requirement.
• Attach a certified copy of valid Business License.
• Attach Valid Tax Certificate, TIN certificate and VAT registration certificate if applicabe
• Attached pervious work experience (Company profile) at least for three organization reference contacts including NGOS/INGOS.
2. Deadline for Submission of Tenders
Bid documents must be submited to Action Against Hunger Offices specified below not later than 12th Nov. until 5:00 pm.
A complete set of bidding documents for the frame of agreement in English can be obtained upon a cash payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 600 (six hundred Birr) per category. Cash payments can be made at any of the Action Against Hunger Ethiopia offices listed below during office hours (Monday to Friday 3:00AM to 5:00PM). Candidates interested in buying more than one Category MUST pay for the Categories separately. For pre-qualification: After administrative and company profile review, eligible bidders will be contacted to collect the prequalification document. 3. Tender application shall be submitted to the above mentioned Action Against Hunger offices in plain sealed envelope, stamped, clearly indicate tender ref. number
3.1.Applicants who bid in more categories are requested to submit tenders in separate sealed envelopes.

Action Against Hunger reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in whole or in part at its discretion.
