Open Bid Notice for purchasing Raw Materials

Fresweat Trading Plc invites all interested and eligible bidders for purchasing of "Cap for all water bottles,preform for 21grarn, 33gram and 43grarn, Plastic poly bag for 0.6  Litre, 1.2Litre and 2Litre"

Bidders who fulfill:-

1. The bid document shall be obtained from Fresweat Trading Plc Logistics Division 6th floor (Yeha Building) Near Dedebit Micro Finance Head office Mekelle, Tel:. 034-4 4-15-254 or Fresweat Trading Plc Addis Abeba laiazen Office, In front of Stadium near Giyon pharmacy 3rd floor room no.10 Tel:0115548891 Fax:0115548890. Bid document 100 birr for non­refundable fee. The Document is available from 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM date 23/11/ 2018 to 17/12/2018. During the process of buying documents ,the bidders are requesting to show a copy of renewed trade license, tax clearance certificate, TIN and VAT registration certificate are mandatory.
2. Bid should include the entire stated item Specification, with its Unit price and total price and then Submit to Fresweat Trading Plc.
3. Bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security of 2% from the total amount of Birr offered to be purchased of the raw materials in the form of C.P.O or bid security (not in cash).
4. Bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose since 23/11/2018 to 17/12/2018.
5. Bid opening shall be held on 18/12/2018, 10:30 at place mentioned (Fresweat Trading Plc Addis Abeba laiazen Office) in the presence of bidders and legal representatives who wish to attend.

7. Bidders should present and delivered each item sample with its bid document to Fresweat Trading Plc.
8. Fresweat Trading Plc reserves the right to cancel fully or partially all bids.
