- Competitive Bidders have to have renewed certificate license of 2011 E.C for supplying the items, TIN No., Vat registration certificate, Custom clearance certificate, registered in the list of suppliers or fulfill the legal requirements of the country.
- Tender document and Specification can be collected since 11/09/2019 G.C. either from Tigray Biotechnology Center PLC, Tel. 0928956146 / 0914733207 Mekelle, Tigray, or as alternative from Relief Society of Tigray /RESTI, tel. 0115514378 Addis Ababa as it will be advertized on 11/09/2019 G.C on Ethiopian reporter against payment of non-refundable Birr 150.00 for each lot.
- The suppliers have to submit a bid bond of Birr 20,000.00 in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee valid for 90 days after opening of the tender.
