INVITATION TO BID

1. Purchase of Full contract service for construction of two latrine with four stances in Engale and Arae(Galelo) health post and construction of rotos with stands and pipeline extension of water supply system in Dowhan and Alitena primary school in Irob Woreda and Reservoir maintenance with pipe and fittings and supply of roto with roto stand in Zalambesa Woreda, Eastern Tigray.

2. CARE Ethiopia now invites all eligible contractors of category GC/BC/WWC -5 and above who are financially and technically capable to furnish the necessary construction two latrine with four stances in Engale and Arae (Galelo) health post and construction of Rotos with stand pipeline extension of water supply system in Dowhan and Alitena primary school In Irob woreda and Reservoir maintenance with pipe and fitting and supply of roto with roto stand in Zalambesa woreda of eastern zone of Tigray

2.i. Purchase of Full contract service for construction of two latrine with four stances in Engale and Arae(Galelo) health post and construction of rotos with stands and pipeline extension of water supply system in Dowhan and Alitena primary school in Irob Woreda and Reservoir maintenance with pipe and fittings and supply of roto with roto stand in Zalambesa Woreda, Eastern of Tigray.

3. Interested and eligible bidders should have:

· Renewed business license for 2018 E.C

· Business registration certificate

· Taxpayer registration certificate (TIN certificate),

· VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority,

· Valid Tax clearance certificate which is issued by the tax authority (Inland Revenue Authority), Certificate of competency GC/BC/ WWC grade 5 and above from respective authorities.

4. A complete set of bidding documents shall be obtained from afrotender.com with charge of ETB 500 starting from March 9, 2026.

5. The bid document shall be accompanied by bid security of amount ETB 200,000 in an acceptable form of CPO and must be addressed to CARE Ethiopia Office.

6. The bid security shall be valid for 90 days.

7. Sealed bid must be submitted to CARE Ethiopia office on or before March 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM (11:00) local time) in the afternoon.

8. Bidders must submit the proposals each in sealed envelopes with the following information on the inner envelope ("One" Original Technical proposal", "One" Copy of Technical proposal, "One" Original Financial Proposal, "One" Copy of Financial Proposal and name and full address of the bidder)

9. The employer (CARE Ethiopia) reserves the right to reject the bid partially or fully.

10. One bidder can't compete and awarded for more than one project, if there is any out of this instruction, it will be disqualified.
