Action Against Hunger (AAH) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization committed to saving lives by combating hunger and malnutrition, responding emergencies, and supporting the recovery of affected communities.

Action Against Hunger is seeking qualified local suppliers to supply 4,560 chicken pullets to support targeted households in Abergele Yechila Wereda

This Local Call for Interest is issued to:

Promote the purchase of locally adaptive chicken pullets to ensure better survival and productivity of the chicken pullets in local environment.

Specifications of the Chicken Pullets:

• Breed: Koekoek
• Age: 45 days old
• Sex: Female only
• Minimum Weight: Must meet the standard recommended head chicken weight for the
• Location: Abergele Yechila Wereda
• Cost: Should include transportation to, (Lemlem, Embarufael, Negedebrhan, and Guruwure Tabias), of Abergele Yechila Weredas.
• The supply of the pullets should be in linewidth the regional bureau directives.
