2 Who can deposite 2% of the cost in CPO approved a bank

3 Who can supply quality item

4 Bid announcement date 29/01/20 5 Bid closing date 06/02/2018 6 e.c

5 Bid closing  date -06/02/2018 e.c at 4:00 local time and will be opened at 4:30 local time in the presence of bidders or legal representitives at WAT head located in kebele 15,

6 The WAT have the right to cancel the bid partially or in full

7 Bidders are requir to be VAT registered
