N/R Ethio Telecom invites all interested and Eligible bidders for the OPEN BID FOR THE PROCURMENT OF SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF ELECTROMECHANICAL WATER PUMP FROM WATER WELL TO UTILITY LINE IN MEKELLE MAIN OFFICE.

The complete set of bidding documents can be obtained starting from Sep 15, 2017, E.C from Ethio telecom office no.301 payment of a non-refundable fee birr 200.

1. All interested bidders shall the Eligibility as well as technical requirements stated below

A. Valid and renewed trade license for the year 2017 E.C

B. Availability of Bid security

C. VAT Registration certificate

D. Registration of TIN No

E. Signed Anti-Bribery pledge form

F. Letter of authorization to sign the bid offers

G. Technical and commercial offers shall separately be sealed

H. Availability of Compliance statement

I. Renewed certificate of competence with category of water work or electromechanical fields in grade 5,6, and 7.

2. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee only and valid for 148 days.

3. Bidders shall submit their documents separately one envelops for technical document original and copy as well as financial offers original and copy finally insert the whole document in large one envelops

4. Bidders should submit their bid until September 30, 2017, E.C, 8:00 local time and the Bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or legal representatives on September 30, 2017, E.C 8:15 local time

5. Bidder who meets Eligibility criteria, Technical Evaluation criteria as well as the least price bidders will be awarded

6. Ethio Telecom reserves the right to reject the bid partially or fully
