EOI for Vendor Prequalification (REF: WVE/SCM/EOI/00089/2025)

World Vision North Hub Program intends to invite potential suppliers for the supply of Goods, Works and Service (GWS) for overall program implementation in NPH and is preparing for the launch of a respective Invitation to Bid (ITB) Hence, WVE NPH hereby invites qualified potential suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) in categories as mentioned below to participate in WVE NPH supplier pre- qualification process. WVE NPH notified that, the pre-qualification process will not replace the competitive bidding process.

• Agriculture, farm equipment, supplies and livestock (Agricultural input, poultry, livestock etc.) IT
• Hardware and Communication equipment (Laptops, toners, printers, tablets, phones, camera etc.)
• Stationary material (Printer paper, Pen, pencil etc)
• Travel and transportation services: (Rental car, truck, domestic currier service and warehousing)
• Household, shelter and relief supplies (Tarps, tent, hygiene kit, shelter kit, baby kit etc.)
• Designing, printing and publishing (Visiting cards, booklets, banners, information boards etc.)
• Medicines, Medical Equipment and Supplies: (Health post equipment, first aid kits and basic medicine)
• Educational, School Supplies and Equipment (Shoes, uniform, school furniture, books ECED kids)
• Hotel Service (For residential workshops, and one day seminars)
• Contractor for construction and construction materials: (Cement, rod, sand, brick etc.
• Office equipment, Furniture and Furnishing and supplies: (Chair, table, cupboard
• Water and Sanitation Supplies /Electromechanical (Water tank, purifier etc.)

Eligible Suppliers/Contractors/Manufacturer can collect Terms of Reference & specification from WWE Tigray NPH Procurement Unit through the Email address you given to the department during working hours (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00PM to 4:00PM), From September 16-25 / 2025. The bidding document (TOR) will be distributed through e-mail you given to the department.

All document (Technical proposals) Hard Copy must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for this purpose before 12:00PM on 25th September 2025.

Please Note that technical evaluation result will be posted on WVE notice board.
