RaDO (Rehabilitation and Development Organization) is a Non-Governmental National Organization. registered by the Federal Democratic of Ethiopia Agency for Civil Society Organizations with certificate No.1005 would like to hire skilled artists/ muralist or to award specialized organization in wall mural as specified below.

Bid Requirements
RaDO (hereafter referred to as "the Organization) now invites waxed-sealed bids from interested eligible bidders for the bid described above.
1. The bidder organization should attach its VAT/TOT registration, License, and TIN Number registration certificate.
2. Bidders should submit their offer with sealed, signed nvelop marked 'Mared Laptop" RaDO Tigray Sub Office -Mekelle
3. The dates for submission of tender document are on the 3 working Day from the first day of the issue of this offer at or before 2:00 PM (bid closing time).
4. The bidder organizations or Applicant individuals must provide complete set of technical and financial documents separately with one copy for each.
5. Bid opening date will be on the same day of bid closing at 2:30 P.M in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the RaDO Tigray Sub Office
